I graduated in December 2009 with my Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts. With this degree I’ve studied creative writing, studio art, and nonprofit professional studies. But I’ve always had a passion for Hip Hop music and emceeing.

I am founding Roni Poet’s Ancient Arts Academy which will be a nonprofit arts center and residential school for “at-risk” children, especially those in foster care with a focus on
Afrikan-centered education, student-tailored programming, hands-on arts-based focus, life skills, entrepreneurship, technological innovation, community service, higher education, mentorship, Earth stewardship, and healthy living. I am currently pursuing a M.Ed. in Instructional Design degree from the Western Governors University. I am a member of the Council of Independent Black Institutions.

God speaks to me through many mediums - poetry, visual art, music, creative writing, and performance art. I strive to keep the message pure.

I am a community teacher and youth worker. The classes/services available are grant writing, fundraising, art, poetry, writing and reading, college prep and scholarships, and Self-Esteem after Foster Care®.
