| "Biography “Aye-One” Born Jerry Dwight Watkins IV on March 27, 1989 in Racine Wisconsin, Aye-One an aspiring young hip-hop rap artist, song writer, and producer whose talent as a rapper started when he was a senior in high school, when his love for writing poems began to show. Even though Aye-One enjoyed writing poems, he never entertained the thought of becoming a rapper. In time however, he began to write lyrics to the music of other rappers at that time, such as; Plies, Lil Wayne, and T.I.P to name a few.In 2009 he teamed up with a friend and long time rapper and producer Mike Beezy who was also the co-founder of his own label, Gutta Fam Ent©. It didn’t take long for Mike and the other members of Gutta Fam Ent© began to recognize the talent that Aye-One had as a rapper. Eventually, he began to be featured on many of their songs.While Aye-One and the other members of Gutta Fam Ent© continued to perform together at different shows and venues, he began to pursue a career as a solo artist. In 2010 Aye-One with help from his new manager Jerry Jones started his own music label, So Fearless Entertainment©. Soon after Aye-One released his first recording under his own label; entitled: “Match My Swag”.Although Aye-One’s career is still in its infant stages, he recognizes the importance of being a positive role model and a productive member of his community." |
